In addition to the preliminary lien process that all of you should be using, be sure to keep a digital camera on board and snap some shots of your vehicle getting loaded, so there is no discrepancy about whether or not you did the job....
If it comes down to a small Claims court award or judgement in your favor, trust me when they say a picture is worth a thousand words....

WE WANT TO SEE THE UNPAID TICKETS, AND LIST THE CONTRACTORS, EXCAVATORS, AND BROKERS, WHO HAVE NOT LIVED UP TO THEIR OBLIGATIONS, AND LIST THEM HERE FOR FUTURE LEGAL AND JOB SITE SHUT DOWNS...

ROSALES TRUCKING: This guy is a major offender, and I personally have spoken to about a dozen drivers who have been hosed by this guy. Send me the proof and lets go hunting...

Not Getting Paid ?
Dear Friends,
It is absolutely imperative that we have some sort of order in our business. If your not getting paid, or it has been longer than 60 days, there is a problem. Let us start to shame these thugs and crooks, who don't feel the responsibility, or moral character to send us the money in a timely manner.
Use your word of mouth and pass it on to all of your colleagues, and any drivers you encounter at the job site or at the landfill, and lets post the names and addresses of these criminals. Just think of how many drivers you encounter in a months time... We can revolutionize this business in a year.
If we all start to stick together and not undercut our fellow driver for 20 or 30 dollars a load, we can take back this business from these scoundrels, who insist on paying us what they think we should make, they dictate what we should take, that is not the way it works.
We will pass our work to our cooperative brothers, and share dumps, and not allow people to work at our sites who are not team players. We will not work for brokers who pay at their discretion, and lie about not receiving payment, and then show up with new trucks and equipment with the money they owe us. We will post all stories of dishonest brokers and driver brokers who decide not to pay. We will attack them with the legal system, use preliminary liens,mechanics liens, personal and business judgements and what ever means necessary to say enough is enough, and always get paid. This is how I always work. We will use all and every available option to get paid and help out our cooperative brothers.
